Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, your message and — if you add one — a photo of the window. That goes straight to Kirby by email, handled by our forms provider (Netlify), and is used only to reply to you and to carry out any work that follows. It isn't added to a mailing list, and it isn't shared with anyone outside the studio.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It records things like the pages you view, the type of browser and device you're on, the site you arrived from, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. It does not tell us who you are, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking. Google sets cookies to do this; you can block them in your browser settings or with a content blocker and the site will still work exactly the same.
Where the information goes
The website is hosted by Netlify and the analytics are provided by Google. Both are United States companies and may store or process this information on servers outside Australia.
Your choices
You can email us at any time to ask what enquiry details we still hold, or to have them deleted. For the analytics, blocking cookies — or using a tracker blocker — stops the collection entirely.
