For a repair or restoration, a clear photo of the whole window plus a close-up of the damage is enough to get a realistic idea of what's involved. For a commission, tell us about the opening, the room and the feeling you're after.

Legacy works on-site across the Blue Mountains and greater Sydney, from a workshop in the Mountains. There's no shopfront — panels that need to come out are collected — and studio visits are by arrangement.

Email is the surest way to get a considered reply. Phone is best for something urgent, like storm damage that needs boarding up.
